Planting the Seeds of Change Teleclass
Would you plant beets in your garden if no one in your family would touch beets or would you rather plant fruits and veggies you enjoy eating?
Would you choose the shady, rocky corner of your yard to try to cultivate (because that’s the spot that needs the most improvement), or would it make more sense to start with the places where the sun shines and the soil is rich?
The answers to these questions may seem obvious, but when it comes to thinking about goals and intentions, it’s surprising how many people set goals for things they think they ought to want, or things that other people want instead of things that they truly want.
It’s even more common for people to make resolutions that focus on fixing all the ways they don’t measure up, all the ways they could ‘improve’ themselves or their lives.
Back in January, you might have set some goals or made some resolutions along these lines. If so, by now you might be feeling frustrated or disappointed because you aren’t growing something you really want, and because it’s been so hard!
This stinks. And it doesn’t have to be this way.
The good news is that Spring is coming. And this is a great time to think about planting new seeds.
Seeds for the things you truly want to grow in your life.
And how about we scope out the sunny spots- the places where you really shine and plant them there?
Sound good?

Planting the Seeds of Change
In this 1 hour teleclass, you can learn to use the skills, talents and passions you already possess to get you where you want to go this year.
You will have the opportunity to reflect on your deepest longings and desires for the coming year and declare your intentions for this period of time. You will take inventory of your own personal assets and how you can use them to full advantage to move forward on the things that matter most to you.
Here’s what you can expect to get from this class:
- A clear picture of what YOU want this year to bring. What YOU want to do, where YOU want to go and what YOU want to be different this year.
- A thorough inventory of the resources you ALREADY HAVE that will help you get there.
- A word or phrase that sums up your intention or direction for the year.
- Some concrete steps you can take immediately to move in the direction you have chosen.
- A workbook for use during the class.
- Follow-up exercises.
- A recording of the class.
- Optional follow-up support.

Maybe you’re thinking, “Yeah, a teleclass sounds great, but I’m so stuck, I don’t think a one hour class is going to really do it for me.”
And you might be right. If that’s where you’re at, maybe you need more support and guidance.
So here’s another option: One hour teleclass plus a one hour coaching session.
When you register for this option, I’ll send you an email and we can schedule an appointment. During your coaching session, we’ll hit the ground running because of all the work you’ll have done in the class. Based on the dreams and goals you’ve identified and the strengths you bring, we’ll come up with an action plan for your next steps. We’ll build in both accountability and support systems, not to mention celebrations for progress.
How much?
$79 (this is a significant discount over my normal hourly coaching rate!)
I may be crazy for doing this, and if too many people jump on it, I’ll have to take it down…. so if this sounds like something that you could use, click the button below.
