More Time for Mom Mini-Retreat

Saturday, May 15

9:00 am- 3:00 pm

New Vista High School, Boulder  CO

Give yourself a break from your hectic life for just a few hours and return to your family refreshed, renewed, and reconnected.

Many moms are on the edge of burnout all of the time. We love our families and spend most of our days caring for the needs of others with little time to recharge. When we get exhausted, we may feel irritable or resentful, or as if there must be something wrong with us.

In this workshop, you will see that you are not alone, and you don’t have to live this way.

Learn why the smart, well-educated, achievement-oriented moms of today are particularly vulnerable to overcommitment and overwhelm, and what you can do about it.

We will discuss values, priorities, the difficulties of saying “no,” and how to make space for your own needs.

You will leave this class with the tools to say “yes” to things that are in alignment with those values and commitments.

This class is being offered through the Life Long Learning program of the Boulder Valley School District.
